Other computers have various options open to them - you may have access to a machine with the older PsiWin 1.0 or RCom software. This can be used to copy the file to your device - don't worry if you have to rename it to make it fit the DOS 8.3 filename limits, you can rename it back later.
Alternatively, download the .sis file via Comms (refer to an expert on your system for help with this) and then follow the 'Installing direct to my EPOC device' instructions. Of course, once you have worked it out once you can use the same technique for all .sis files!
