In the UK the choices for Internet access are changing fast - the old era of paying per minute is being ushered out, and fixed-fee services are coming in. Unlike the US, some also have special access nodes directly attached to wireless networks, for faster dial in times. So I looked for:
Weighing this up, Pipex provide a service called Pipex Dial, which provides individual dial in accounts with a good selection of features in addition to those I required - web space, multiple email accounts and future plans for DSL services. Other choices could have been vodafone.net or Demon (although their GSM node is on Orange).
